Pear Solutions LLC ("Pear," "we," "us," "our") is a CRM consulting firm registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia. We provide CRM setup, configuration, automation, migration, training, and ongoing management services to businesses. Our principal office is located in Fairfax, Virginia. Information you provide directly. When you submit a form, book a call, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any details you choose to share about your business situation. When you become a client, we may also collect billing information (processed through Stripe), business records necessary to perform the contracted services, and credentials to access your CRM systems as required to complete the work.
Information collected automatically. Our website collects standard analytics data through GoHighLevel, including pages visited, time on site, browser type, and general geographic location derived from IP address. We do not deploy advertising pixels, retargeting scripts, or cross-site tracking technologies.
CRM and business data accessed during service delivery. In performing our services, we may access your customer records, pipeline data, automation configurations, and related business data stored in your CRM platform. This data belongs to you. We access it solely to perform the agreed services and for no other purpose.
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct discovery calls, deliver the services you have hired us to perform, process payments, send service-related communications, and maintain records of our engagement. We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We do not add you to advertising lists or share your information with marketing partners. If you submit our contact form, you should expect to hear from Zach directly about your CRM situation. That is the extent of our outbound communication unless you request otherwise.

We do not authorize any of these platforms to use your data for their own marketing or advertising purposes beyond what is disclosed in their own privacy policies.
Any business information, customer records, pipeline data, internal processes, or other confidential information we access in the course of delivering services is treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client business data to any third party except as required to perform the services (for example, connecting an integration you have authorized). Our website uses cookies for basic analytics and session functionality through GoHighLevel. We do not use advertising cookies or behavioral tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser at any time, though some website functionality may be affected. We do not operate a cookie consent pop-up for analytics-only cookies, but we will comply with applicable law in any jurisdiction that requires explicit consent.
We retain contact and inquiry information for as long as there is an active business relationship or a reasonable likelihood of future business. We retain client records, including correspondence, invoices, and project files, for a minimum of seven years to satisfy tax, accounting, and legal compliance obligations. CRM access credentials and client system data are deleted or returned to the client upon termination of the engagement upon written request.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us at hello@partnerwithpear.com. We will respond within 30 days. Deletion requests are honored except where retention is required by law or by a legitimate ongoing business or legal obligation. You may opt out of any marketing or follow-up communications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or Unsubscribe to any email, or by contacting us directly.
Our services are intended for businesses and business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising under this policy will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia.
