How long do training sessions take?
Typically 60-90 minutes per role group. We keep them focused and practical - no death by PowerPoint.
Can you train remote teams?
Yes. All training is done via video call and recorded. Works the same for distributed teams as it does for in-person.
What if team members miss the training?
Recordings cover it. That's why we record everything - so nobody falls behind because they missed a session.
Do you train on specific CRMs?
Yes. We train on HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Salesforce, ClickUp, Zoho, and any other CRM we set up or clean up.
What if the team still doesn't adopt after training?
We've rarely seen this when training is paired with a properly configured CRM. If adoption is still an issue we dig into why - usually it's a setup problem, not a training problem.
